Germany: Flash PMI Manufacturing rises to 52.4 in June

FXStreet (Łódź) - Preliminary German PMI Manufacturing grew to 52.4 points in June, from 52.3 points in May, according to data released today by Markit. The result is slightly below market consensus of 52.5 points.

PMI Services slid to 54.8 points in June, following a 56.0 point reading the previous month and against expectations of a rise to 55.7.

ECB Still Easing - RBS

Paul Robson, Senior FX Strategist at RBS points out that the ECB's recent announcement of conditional LTRO for September has given it breathing space for now but that upcoming events could still overtake it.

USD/JPY back below 102.00
