OPEC Sec. General Barkindo: Global oil market has been hit by uncertainty over last few months

The OPEC Secretary-General Mohammad Barkindo was on the wires last hour, via Reuters, noting that the global oil market has been hit by uncertainty over the last few months.

He added that Saudi Arabia almost restored the bulk of oil supply. 

Both crude benchmarks trade better offered, with WTI near 56.40 and Brent hovers around 62.30.
