Saudi oil minister: OPEC has agreed on draft cooperation charter with OPEC+

Saudi oil minister, Khalid Al-Falih was out with some comments in the last hour saying that OPEC has agreed on draft cooperation charter with OPEC+ and is still working on which inventory metric to be used in the charter.
