EU's Dombrovskis: US-China trade dispute one risk to growth

The European Commission Vice President Valdis Dombrovskis crossed the wires in the last minutes saying that the U.S.-China trade dispute one of the risks to the eurozone growth. Commenting on the impact of negative rates on financial institutions, Dombrovskis argued that the negative rate should be an exception rather than the norm.
