USD/CHF breaks below 0.8820
FXStreet (San Francisco) - The US Dollar is breaking the 0.8820 level against the Swiss Franc just at the US opening bell as the pair is under pressure from its negative correlation with the EUR/USD. The USD/CHF fell to its lowest level since April 1st at 0.8815.
US stocks market opened to the upside as investors are positioning following last week and Monday sell-off.
Currently, USD/CHF is trading at 0.8818, down 0.12% on the day, having posted a daily high at 0.8847 and low at 0.8815. Spot is in neutral territory according to the hourly FXStreet OB/OS Index, while the FXStreet Trend Index is strongly bearish.
USD/CHF levels to watch
If the pair remains below the 0.8820, the USD/CHF would face next supports at 0.8815, 0.8800 and 0.8785. On the upside, next resistances are seen at 0.8845, 0.8865 and 0.8900.
