China’s ForeignMin: Kudlow's trade dispute accusations are bogus

China's Foreign Ministry, commenting on the White House economic advisor Larry Kudlow's overnight comments, said that his remarks on trade dispute were shocking and bogus.

Additional remarks: 

   •  The US blaming China for stalled talks are groundless.
   •  China is forced to take countermeasures on $200 billion tariffs.
   •  US unilateral actions are unacceptable.
