UK Brexit Sec Davis: UK will pay the Brexit bill during transition

The UK Brexit secretary David Davis is out on the wires now, saying that mixed agreement with the EU will take some time to conclude and that will happen during transition. 

He further added that Britain will pay the Brexit bill during transition period.
