Australia PM Turnbull - Business goes on, by election of Joyce seat to be held on Dec. 2

Australian PM Turnbull is out on wires trying to calm market nerves after high court's decision on Joyce's parliament membership triggered fears of political uncertainty. 

Turnbull said, "business of government will go" and confirmed  that by-election for Joyce seat will be held on Dec. 2.
