Japan policy adviser Takahashi - Economy doesn’t need stimulus package right now

• The economy doesn’t need a stimulus package right now
• There is no reason for a supplementary budget
• Properly targeted spending within the regular budget is sufficient
• I personally want the government to make firm progress on structural reforms
