US congressional negotiators have reached a deal to fund government

U.S congressional negotiators have reached a deal to fund the government through until September, according to congressional aides.

This is a huge matter for the US government and economy. Since 1982, the federal government has had 12 shutdowns, usually lasting only about five of days on average. 

In the current circumstance, there is a possibility that the Republicans will propose changes that the Democrats in the Senate will object to and this is a concern for markets that are otherwise expecting Trump's administration to administer its fiscal policy, such as the recent sweeping tax proposals. While the economy is off the hook, for now, it will be a matter that to watch again in September.
