Fed's Dudley: Huge increase in consumer and corporate confidence

New York Fed President William Dudley is crossing the wires on Bloomberg TV noting the following:

• We don't know what the new fiscal policy will bring
• The general mood is pretty upbeat, but we need to have more clarity on fiscal policy
• Infrastructure and better education would lift productivity growth
• In 2018 we may start letting the securities mature rather than reinvesting them
