Acting Kuwaiti OilMin to request 1st OPEC, non-OPEC monitoring committee meeting in Feb/ March’ 17

Reuters reporting comments from the acting Kuwaiti oil minister, requesting that the first meeting of OPEC, Non-OPEC Monitoring Committee to be called in Feb or March 2017.

He added that they will inform customers of cuts to their monthly contractual commitments in line with OPEC cut.
