S&P affirms Ireland at A+; outlook stable
FXStreet (Córdoba) - Rating agency Standard & Poor’s has affirmed Ireland at A+, with a stable outlook.
Meanwhile in a separate decision, S&P downgraded South Africa outlook to negative, from stable.
