Economists see a Fed rate hike in December – Reuters Poll

FXStreet (Mumbai) - The latest poll conducted by Reuters showed 70% of economists see a rate hike happening in December.

Midpoint Fed funds rate target is still seen at 0.375% by the end of Dec, while the US growth forecast is seen unchanged at 2.7% for Q4 and 2.6% for 2016.

Meanwhile, the latest data from the CME Fed funds futures indicate 68% probability of a December rate hike as opposed to 72% seen on Friday after the NFP release.
