Greek banks have enough cash until Wednesday

FXStreet (Córdoba) - According to reports, an ECB official has reported that Greek banks should manage until Wednesday without additional aid as they await the outcome of tomorrow's Eurogroup and EU summit.

The ECB Governing Council will hold a conference call to discuss emergency funding for Greece later on the day.

On Monday, the Greek government has decree extending bank holiday until Wednesday while the withdrawal limit remains unchanged at €60 per day while authorities try to reopen negotiations with its international creditors following the referendum.

Analysts at Brown Brothers Harriman noted and explained that China reports June CPI Thursday, expected to rise 1.3% y/y vs. 1.2% in May.
