USD/CAD falls to fresh 1-month low at 1.0275

FXstreet.com (San Francisco) - The US dollar is currently trading lower against its Canadian counterpart and after falling 25 pips from the 1.0300 in the latest few minutes, the USD/CAD has tested fresh lowest level since June 20 at 1.0275.

The USD/CAD is extending its daily decline from 1.0350 and now the pair is trading around 1.0285, 0.45% negative on the day. The short term perspective remains strongly bearish according to the FXstreet.comr trend index in the 15-minute chart.

USD/CAD technical levels

Indicators such as MACD, CCI and Momentum are pointing to the south while the Stochastic is neutral in the 15 minutes timeframe too. Below the 1.0275, there are no significant supports before the 1.0170 and 1.0135. On the upside, resistances are at 1.0320, 1.0350 and 1.0360.
